The idea for Refresh! as a mobile spa came to mind at a small women's gathering in 2007 in Mazatlan, Mexico.
It was my privilege to do massages on the beach during sunset. Oh! How
beautiful!!! I was truly content to soak in the beauty around me while
helping my friends feel good through massage. Back home in Wine Country, we help you, to slow down and savor your beautiful moments.

As the owner of Refresh!, I am an experienced massage therapist. I pull from many modalities such as trigger release, swedish, cranial sacral, reflexology, deep tissue, and sports massage.
